How do I track distance in meters/yards? How to set the pool length?

To select if you want to measure your distance in meters or yards, go to the Swimmo mobile app  → “Settings” → “Swimmo watch” → I swim in: and choose from the list the swimming pool you are using.

If you don't set the length of your pool in the application, Swimmo will count laps instead of the distance shown in meters or yards. 

Custom pool lengths

If your swimming pool is different than 25 meters/yards (especially in case of shorter pools), you have to set the distance correctly for accurate measurement.

To set a custom pool length, go to the Swimmo mobile app and choose “Settings” → “Swimmo watch” → I swim in:  → “Custom pool length” option to specify your distance.
