If you don't feel vibrations during your workout, please check first:

  • Are you using smart training options? It is any custom goal you set-up in Swimmo mobile application.
  • Verify that you have vibrations turned ON. Go to Swimmo mobile app → Settings tab → Swimmo Watch → toggle options ON under "Vibrate when..." section and remember to tap "Save".
  • Are you personally sensitive enough to feel vibrations on wrist even outside the water?

We want to assure you that every single vibration motor is carefully tested during the manufacturing process on each watch we produce.
