We stand firmly behind our product. As part of warranty terms, Swimmo warrants that your Swimmo's hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of the parcel receipt.
Apart from our 1-year warranty, legal regulations specific to your country apply.
What happens if I need to have my watch repaired?
During the warranty period, once the issue is confirmed, we will either repair the watch or replace it, at our expense, and cover the cost of shipping product back to you.
As part of issue examination or repair, you may need to send the watch to our R&D center. The shipping fee is refunded by us (up to 30 USD value) once the issue is confirmed.
