Please note that new batteries in Swimmo watches are not fully charged before packing due to shipping restrictions. That’s why we advise charging your watch to 100% capacity before the first use.


If the battery seems to be draining too fast (it should be enough for up to 5 hours of continuous workout or 5 days of idling), it might be due to one of the sensors or other components not initiating properly during the first start-up. In that case, a hard reset should fix the problem.
